Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of mini marshmallows
1 cup of milk chocolate chips
¼ cup of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
¼ cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of chocolate chips (for coating)
Directions:
Begin by lining a small rectangular baking pan with parchment paper. Set it aside.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and heavy cream together until smooth and combined.
Stir in the mini marshmallows and powdered sugar into the mixture. Continue to stir constantly until the marshmallows fully melt and the mixture is thick and smooth.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Pour the marshmallow mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly. Allow it to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until set.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth and melted.
Once the marshmallow layer has set, cut it into small rectangular pieces, resembling the classic 3 Musketeers bars.
Dip each piece into the melted milk chocolate, making sure to coat each side completely.
Place the dipped bars back onto the parchment-lined pan and let them cool at room temperature until the chocolate hardens.
Once the chocolate has set, your homemade 3 Musketeers bars are ready to enjoy!
