Morning Propeller: Toast, Kiwi & Cottage Cheese

  • 2 eggs
  • 150g cottage cheese
  • 1 kiwi
  • 150g green grapes
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation Steps:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
    • Rinse the green grapes under fresh water and set them aside in a bowl.
    • Peel and slice the kiwi into rounds.
  2. Toast the bread:
    • Place the slices of seeded whole grain bread in a toaster or under the grill of the oven.
    • Keep an eye on them until they’re lightly browned.
  3. Cook the scrambled eggs:
    • In a bowl, crack and beat the 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
