I am not disappointed in the product itself but it is not what I thought I had purchased. It is advertised with two shelfs and when it arrived I returned it as it had only one shelf, I subsequently re-ordered only to find the second mirror also had only one shelf. I spoke to customer service (through their chat) and was old the picture on the website was only for illustration purpose and although the description refers to shelves the mirror only comes with one shelf. It’s a nice mirror but not what I thought I had ordered.
