Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of spaghetti pasta
  • 2 cups of frozen shrimp
  • 2 cups of squid rings
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • A pinch of saffron
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot, boil plenty of water and cook the spaghetti until it’s almost done. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. Cook the seafood: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute. Then, add the shrimp and squid rings. Stir for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the peas: Add the frozen peas and mix well.
  4. Add vinegar and saffron: Pour in the apple cider vinegar and saffron, then stir for 2 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine with pasta: Lower the heat and add the drained pasta to the pan. Stir everything together and let it cook for at least 2 minutes until the pasta fully absorbs the flavors.
