Ingredient :
- 2 whole chickens, cut with bones
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 12 garlic cloves, crushed
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Coarse black pepper
- Coarse salt
- Crushed chili flakes
- Potatoes, cut with skin on
Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Crushed chili flakes
Method: Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary together. Season the chicken well with the mixture. Place lemon slices under the skin, followed by the crushed chili flakes. Put the chicken in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 180°C and continue grilling for another 30 minutes (cook uncovered). Serve with the dipping sauce.
